Our Serial to WiFi Gateway is a compact and reliable industrial communication device that enables seamless wireless data transfer from serial-based field equipment to cloud platforms through WiFi networks. Designed to work with commonly used serial ports such as RS232, RS422, and RS485, it helps industries modernize existing machines without changing their core hardware.
The gateway processes data locally and intelligently filters important information using configurable rules, allowing only relevant events and values to be transmitted. With support for widely adopted industrial protocols like Modbus RTU, ASCII, and custom serial formats, it can easily interface with a broad range of automation devices.
This makes it well suited for real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and control applications including flow measurement systems, PLC communication, industrial data logging, and smart factory implementations, ensuring stable and efficient IoT connectivity over WiFi.
Our cloud platform provides a convenient way to view data from anywhere, integrating predefined widgets for applications like energy meter and flow meter reading. It supports remote device configuration, over-the-air firmware upgrades, and email/SMS notifications based on edge intelligence.
By using our specially designed configurator tool, "PreciCon," it is possible to choose and monitor standard industrial devices from renowned manufacturers. Gateway’s serial settings, Modbus registers are preset and ready to configure via USB. It also supports upgrading firmware and configuration of the device.
Installation and Commissioning of the device is made easy with very few simple steps. Choose your end device from the list and single click to configure the device. Plug your serial device with standard DB9 connector and rigidly screw the gateway with available flange arrangements. You are ready to monitor!

Our Wi-Fi Gateway is designed to wirelessly connect serial-based treatment plant equipment such as flow meters, level transmitters, pH sensors, and PLC controllers to a centralized cloud platform. Using its RS485 serial interface and wide protocol compatibility, the gateway collects real-time process data from various field devices and transmits only relevant information over WiFi using built-in edge processing. This enables operators to continuously monitor critical parameters like flow rate, tank levels, and process status through a PreciCloud dashboard, identify abnormal operating conditions, and receive timely alerts. With support for remote configuration and system updates, the Wi-Fi gateway simplifies plant supervision, improves operational reliability, and enables smarter management of wastewater treatment facilities without frequent on-site intervention.

Industrial Wi-Fi Gateway is used in cold storage facilities to continuously monitor critical parameters such as temperature, humidity, and refrigeration system status from serial-based controllers and sensors. Many cold storage units use RS485 or RS232-enabled temperature controllers and data loggers, which can be seamlessly connected to the gateway. The gateway collects real-time data, applies threshold-based logic, and transmits key information over WiFi to a centralized monitoring platform. This allows operators to remotely track storage conditions, receive instant alerts during temperature deviations or equipment failures, and ensure product quality and regulatory compliance without the need for manual inspections.

A Serial to WiFi Gateway converts data from RS232 or RS485 devices into WiFi-enabled data for remote monitoring and cloud connectivity.
